Begin Again

Friday, November 7th

6pm & 9pm | Appa 210

Blue Devil Productions is proud to present the film "Begin Again" at the University of Wisconsin-Stout on Friday, November 7th, at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. in Applied Arts, room 210.

Gretta (Keira Knightly) and her long-time boyfriend Dave (Adam Levine) are college sweethearts and songwriting partners who decamp for New York when he lands a deal with a major label. But the trappings of his new-found fame soon tempt Dave to stray, and a reeling, lovelorn Gretta is left on her own. Her world takes a turn for the better when Dan (Mark Ruffalo), a disgraced record-label exec, stumbles upon her performing on an East Village stage and is immediately captivated by her raw talent. From this chance encounter emerges an enchanting portrait of a mutually transformative collaboration, set to the soundtrack of a summer in New York City.

This event is sponsored by Blue Devil Productions of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is FREE for everyone. This movie is a part of the Blue Devil Productions film series. "Begin Again" is rated R for language. Closed captioning is available upon request, for more information, please call (715)232-2432 or go to http://bdp.uwstout.edu.
